Au Guet Marais is an absolutely charming place for a romantic getaway. The place opened its doors in July 2022 in the middle of the countryside. You're in the Belgian Ardennes, in southern Belgium, in Paliseul, 15 minutes north of Bouillon.

Julie and Sébastien are the friendly owners. You can communicate with them very easily in French, Dutch or English. Hoteliers and carpenters for many years, they have combined their fields of expertise to offer you a real travel experience.
Here, no detail is left to chance. Everything is very well organized. The decor is meticulous and the materials are of the highest quality. The idea is to combine the comfort of a grand hotel with the calm and change of scenery of a bijzonder plekje in the heart of nature.
There are 2 bubbles: Chez Odette and Chez Ginette. Depending on the bubble chosen, you have the following equipment: quality heated double bed, indoor and outdoor lounges, dining area, private bathroom, private toilet, outdoor fridge to avoid noise pollution in the bubble, outdoor terrace without vis-à-vis and Nordic bath.
Good to know: the bubbles close at the end of September and open at the beginning of April, so don't forget to take this into account. The tiny house is open all year round.
Since 2023, there has also been 1 charming tiny house. Called "Chez Suzette", it is delightfully elegant and spacious. It's open all year round. You'll enjoy the following facilities: queen-size bed, private bathroom, fully-equipped kitchen, dining area, unoverlooked sunny terrace, deckchairs, barbecue and Nordic bath overlooking the surrounding countryside.

You're in the village of Paliseul, in the Belgian Ardennes, in southern Belgium. If you're feeling peckish, we recommend the Hutte Lurette restaurant, just a few minutes' walk away. It's also run by Julie and Sébastien. Nearby activities include the Château de Bouillon, the Pont de Claies on the Semois, the Maison de la Semois Ardennaise and the Jardin des Hiboux.
