La Brise is a splendid manor house located in Roscoff, on the north coast of Brittany, in Finistère, France. Juliette and Alexandre welcome you to one of their 4 bedrooms and 2 independent studios, just a few minutes from the beach. A magical place to discover.

We had the opportunity to visit la Brise and it was Juliette who showed us the whole house. The place is so charming, it's everything we love. We really liked the terrace in the Agate room, the bathroom in the Opale room, the tiled floor in the entrance hall and the high quality of the materials.
Juliette, from Brittany, and Alexandre, from Marseille (but Breton at heart!), have spent several years traveling the world aboard cruise ships.
In 2020, they had plans to open an accommodation business and began looking for an atypical old house. When they came across a lovely maison de maître for sale in Roscoff, they immediately fell in love with it: the light, the oak staircase, the marble fireplaces, and so on. It was the house Juliette stopped in front of every time they came back from Rockroum beach.
There are 4 bedrooms (Jade, Ambre, Agate and Opale) and 2 self-catering studios (Jeannette and Huguette) ideal for longer stays. Depending on your choice, you'll enjoy the following amenities: hotel-quality king-size bed from Literie Valentin, fluffy pillows and comforters from Pyrenex, bathroom with bath or shower and eco-responsible welcome products from What Matters.
Each room has its own style. Jade is a pretty, reasonably priced cocoon with a garden view. Ambre has retained its original marble fireplace. Agate boasts high ceilings, beautiful beams and a private terrace with 360° views over Roscoff. Opale, finally, is a beautiful 32m² suite with sitting area and magnificent bathtub in the bathroom.
Every morning, breakfast is served in the kitchen. A pure moment of pleasure. Organic products dominate, and the bread is baked directly on site. On the menu: cheese, charcuterie, eggs, yoghurt, delicious pancakes made by Alexandre (with salted butter caramel on the side), coffee from Terramoka, organic apple juice, hand-squeezed orange juice and home-made pastries.
La Brise is located right in the center of Roscoff, close to the Saint-Luc and Roc'h Kroum beaches. You can park in the large (free) public parking lot just 2 minutes away. The corsair town can be explored on foot, starting with the harbor and the 24-meter-high lighthouse. We fell in love with the place. In the historic center, the church of Notre-Dame-de-Croas-Batz boasts one of the most spectacular bell towers in the region.
If you have a bit of time, Juliette recommends taking the walk to Meneham. From Roscoff, head for Plage des Amiets in Cleder, undoubtedly one of the most beautiful beaches in Finistère. Then head for Plouescat and the Dunes de Keremma. After a break, head for Meneham, a typical Breton village with breathtaking scenery!
