La Maison Noppius is a charming hotel and private spa located in Liège, Belgium, close to the Guillemins train station. There are 5 elegantly decorated suites that can be booked for the night or for a few hours during the day. We particularly like the personalized on-site welcome, the ceiling fresco in the Suite Élégance by artist Paul-Joseph Carpay and the private spa in each room.

In an authentic 19th-century house, Vatey and Manu welcome you for an intimate romantic moment. You can enter through the main entrance with the reception or through the more discreet entrance at the back of the house.
For the record, La Maison Noppius owes its name to Liège architect Henri Lambert Noppius, renowned in the late 19th century for the creation of several buildings for the University of Liège (Institute of Anatomy, Pharmacy, Zoology and Physiology), as well as the Cointe Observatory.

The 5 suites can be booked during the day for a getaway of 3 hours or more (between 12pm and 4pm), or for a classic overnight stay.
In the mornings, a sweet and savory breakfast is served as an optional extra for €20 per person. On the menu: freshly squeezed orange juice, pastries, pancakes, eggs, bacon, fresh fruit, jam, yoghurt and much more. Enjoy it in the comfort of your room.
If you're celebrating a special occasion with your partner, such as Valentine's Day or an anniversary, La Maison Noppius offers a number of romantic packages, including candlelit ambience, in-room massage, Benoît Nihant chocolates, a bed strewn with rose petals, a bottle of champagne or a love box.
The hotel is located near Cointe, in Liège, 5 minutes from Gare des Guillemins. There are plenty of parking spaces. The city center is just a 15-minute walk away. If you're looking for a good restaurant in the area, Vatey recommends these 2 good addresses: Sushi fuji not far away (and which delivers via Deliveroo) and Les Granges: a very pleasant dancing tapas bar with a great culinary experience.

There's a small free parking lot on site and otherwise plenty of parking in the neighborhood.
Check-in at Maison Noppius starts at 5:30pm and check-out is possible until 10:30am. Don't hesitate to ask Vatey if you can leave later - she's usually quite flexible about this.
