These terms and conditions of use are current as of December 26, 2025. They supersede and replace any previous versions.

Let's Go My Love reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions of use at any time.

In the event of substantial modification, a specific notice will be posted on the blog to inform users. Users are invited to consult them regularly. The new conditions will apply immediately after their publication on the blog and their implicit acceptance by the user continuing to use the blog.

These general terms and conditions of use govern the use of the blog. In return for accessing, consulting and using the blog, the user agrees to respect and comply with these terms of use as defined below.

The blog and each of its elements (text, images, videos, logos, layout, etc.) are protected by copyright and intellectual property law. Access to the blog does not confer any rights to these elements.

- Authorized use: consultation for strictly personal and private use.
- Prohibited use: any reproduction, modification, extraction or exploitation of the contents for commercial or non-commercial purposes without written authorization.

Photos published on Let's Go My Love:

- Were taken by Let's Go My Love or
- Were provided by partners with permission or
- Were obtained with the explicit permission of their author or
- Are from royalty-free databases.

Any complaint concerning a photo must be sent by email to s.leidgens@letsgomylove.com, accompanied by proof of originality (e.g. RAW file, metadata). If a third party can prove ownership of an original photo used without their authorization, Let's Go My Love will promptly remove it.

Use of the blog entails the collection of personal data, the processing of which is governed by our privacy policy.

Let's Go My Love uses cookies and tracking tools for audience measurement, optimization, and personalization of advertising content.

Let's Go My Love uses Google's consent mode (Consent Mode v2) to respect your choices. Even if you refuse cookies, anonymous signals are sent to Google Ads to measure the effectiveness of campaigns without identifying the user.

We do not guarantee the accuracy or continuous updating of the information displayed. All bookings and services are the sole responsibility of the establishment concerned.

Let's Go My Love acts as an independent medium and is not a party to contracts between users and partner establishments.

In the event of a dispute relating to a reservation, the user must contact the establishment concerned or the reservation platform used (e.g. Booking.com) directly.

The publisher cannot be held responsible for any changes made by hotels (rates, availability, services, etc.). Users must verify this information with the hotels before booking.

Let's Go My Love does not control and is not responsible for the content or practices of third-party URLs accessible via hypertext links. The presence of a link to an external URL in no way constitutes approval of its content. Users access these external links at their own risk.

These terms and conditions are governed by Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, the Belgian courts shall have jurisdiction. However, a consumer user may bring the matter before the court of his place of residence.
