The present general conditions of use govern the use of the site. In return for accessing, consulting and using the site, the user agrees to respect and comply with these terms of use as defined below

LETSGOMYLOVE strives to keep the site accessible, but is under no obligation to do so. Article 7: Applicable law and competent courts

The law governing these terms of use of the site is Belgian law for all disputes relating, in particular, to their validity, interpretation, execution or termination. Any dispute relating in particular to the interpretation of these terms of use shall fall under the full and complete jurisdiction of the Belgian courts, including in the context of emergency or protective proceedings. The consumer user has the option of submitting the above-mentioned disputes to the jurisdiction of the court of his place of residence, unless he decides to bring the dispute before another competent court, such as, in particular, the place of LETSGOMYLOVE's registered office or the place where he resides at the time of the occurrence of the harmful event.
