Elaisa Energetic Wellness is a one-of-a-kind wellness center in Belgium, nestled in the heart of nature in Flanders, just a short distance from the Netherlands and Germany. It is a true sanctuary spanning 7,500 square meters, exclusively dedicated to physical and mental well-being. The venue draws inspiration from ancient civilizations and offers a spectacular and mystical setting.
Our experience here
We had the chance to spend a full day there and loved absolutely everything about it. It’s big—really big. And it’s especially beautiful when the weather is nice. It’s impossible to get bored. It’s the perfect place to relax as a couple. Our favorite part: the Temazcal (the only one in the Benelux), which is an unforgettable 90-minute ceremony around a large fire.
This is a group experience with about 20 participants (conducted in Dutch or English if someone doesn’t speak Dutch) that deeply connects you with your true self. It was a first for us, but so memorable: soulful music, intense warmth, lava stones, and the facilitator’s great charisma.
The most intense moment? When you step out of the pitch-black darkness of the sweat lodge and slowly make your way to the lake to cool off. We’ll let you discover the rest for yourself. Here’s another photo to give you an idea.
A few important details

- There is private parking on site with a shuttle that takes you to Elaisa in a few minutes
- Smartphones are not allowed and must be left in the locker room (which is why photos of the location are mostly taken when there are no visitors present)
The concept
Elaisa draws inspiration from the civilizations of Egypt, Lemuria, and Atlantis, incorporating sacred geometric shapes and crystals into her architecture to promote harmony between body and mind. Ancient temples, sculptures of deities, geometric domes, and monumental columns almost evoke a Hollywood movie set.
The center is designed according to the principles of the "pyramid of balance," emphasizing the relationship with oneself, with others, with the natural elements, and with the universe. The water in the pools is soft, odorless, and partially filtered by crystals. This creates a harmonious and pleasant sensation on the skin.
The following equipment is available to you:
- 11 saunas, some with stunning views of the natural surroundings
- 7 baths, including an energy bath and a Kneipp bath
- 2 outdoor hot tubs
- 1 steam room (well-hidden but very pleasant)
- Numerous Zen relaxation areas with crystals
- Ceremonies, rituals, and experiences throughout the day
- A restaurant with an outdoor terrace and a view of the lake
Elaisa’s restaurant showcases fresh, organic, and seasonal ingredients, featuring balanced and flavorful dishes. On the menu: chakra salads, beet burgers, artisanal kombucha, floral teas, house cocktails, and smoothies. Beautiful outdoor terrace. No cash required: you place your order, the server scans your wristband, and you pay at checkout.
Location
Elaisa Energetic Wellness is located in Belgium, surrounded by lush nature, on the shores of a beautiful lake, in the heart of the Terhills estate within the Hoge Kempen National Park. A free shuttle (departing every 5 minutes) takes you from the parking lot to the center in just a few minutes.
