Our stay
We had the opportunity to sleep here (in room n°1902) and it was an absolutely pleasant night. What we liked best: the rooftop at the top, which is really sensational and spacious, the very successful vintage decoration and the room, which was practically perfect. Here's a photo of our room and another of the very pleasant bathtub.
The arrival
On site, you'll discover a large Brutalist-style tower like an arrow reaching for the sky. Check-in is from 2pm and check-out is possible until 12am, which is very rare in Brussels. The team is young, dynamic and very welcoming. As you enter, admire the retro-style bar in front of you - it's like stepping back in time to the 70s!
Something we really like: dogs are welcome at the Hoxton. An entire floor is reserved for dog-friendly rooms. Dog bowls and baskets available on request.
The rooms
There are 192 rooms ranging from 24m² to 32m², divided into 3 categories: Cosy, Roomy and Biggy. All offer breathtaking views of Brussels. Vintage furnishings include striped headboards, graphic carpets and colorful bedside lamps.
Some of our favorite rooms:

Depending on the room you choose, you'll enjoy the following amenities: king-size bedding with divinely comfortable mattress (you won't be able to get out!), blackout blinds, bathroom with shower and/or large round bathtub, welcome products from Blank, vintage radio from Roberts, air conditioning, tea, coffee, water and fresh milk. Perfect soundproofing.
Our tip: choose a Roomy "Bath" for a hot bath with a view of Brussels (great in the evenings when it's raining or snowing), or a Roomy "Corner" for a magnificent panoramic view of the city through large corner windows.
South American-inspired restoration
For your meals, you can choose between 2 venues: Cantina Valentina, a Peruvian-inspired restaurant on the first floor, or Chez Tope, a cocktail bar on the rooftop with a Mexican ambience and delicious cocktails.
Cantina Valentin is the place to enjoy your à la carte breakfast every morning. Here's the breakfast menu, the all-day menu and the drinks menu.
Location
The Hoxton is located in the heart of the Belgian capital, just a few minutes' walk from the Gare du Nord station. The Grand Place is just a 20-minute walk away. Our favorites: Ixelles and its art nouveau facades, the Châtelain district and its trendy restaurants, the Sablon district, the Marolles flea market on Sunday mornings and the Bois de la Cambre for a great walk.
