We know all about Belgium's unusual hotels, so we've decided to share our favorites with you.

In Maredsous, the River Lodge hotel has 10 unusual rooms with a unique atmosphere. For example, you can sleep in the Titanic suite with its marine theme, or in the Au cœur des montagnes room with its chalet-style decor. Near Bastogne, Les Cocons d'Ardenne transports you to an even more intimate atmosphere. Spend the night in one of its two 20 m² cabins made of spruce shingles, located in the heart of the Ardennes countryside. Among the highlights of the place: a double bed, a sitting area, a dining room, an equipped kitchenette, and a bathroom with a shower. Outside, a barbecue and a wood-fired sauna are at your disposal. All this for a reasonable price, starting at €129 per night.
For an unusual experience, Cœur de Roulotte lets you spend the night in a cosy little nest made of solid wood with a wood-burning stove and barbecue. Interior facilities include a bedroom with a double bed, a small sitting area with a comfortable sofa, a dining area, a private bathroom with shower and toilet, and a fully equipped kitchen.
The perched cabins at Stay Ici also offer an unusual experience: their large picture windows let you take full advantage of the Ardennes countryside. They are all equipped with a kitchen, dining room, sitting area, mezzanine bed and bathroom. Near Namur, Dom'Up offers an authentic glamping experience. You'll sleep in one of two superb tents 4 meters off the ground, in absolute peace and quiet in the heart of nature. To reach your cozy nest, climb a secure ladder and enjoy a panoramic view. Although there's no electricity, each tent is particularly well-equipped: soft double bed, storage chest of drawers, camping lamp, dry toilet, cold outdoor shower and campfire area with wood reserve for a romantic evening.
In the historic center of Bruges, Kind of OJ is a B&B that offers three elegantly decorated suites. This former contemporary art gallery gives you the impression of being in a painting. Aesthetics and comfort are the order of the day!
Near Maredsous, Aqua Lodge offers eight chalets built on stilts above the water. These unusual lodgings in the heart of nature invite guests to enjoy a hors du temps experience. Each lodge has a double bed, a relaxation area with a wood-burning stove, a minibar, and a bathroom (with a wooden bathtub or shower). The decor is unique in each of the chalets, but wood and fur are used throughout, creating a particularly warm atmosphere.
Hoeve la Cascina is an unusual hotel in Flanders, where some rooms offer a private jacuzzi.
Located between Ghent and Kortrijk, Hoeve La Cascina is a little gem offering three rooms and two suites with an 80m² wellness area including a sauna, jacuzzi, steam room, and private garden: the Garden of Eden Suite and the Oriental Suite.
We recommend the Main Street Hotel, a little gem located in Ypres. It's certainly one of Belgium's most romantic hotels! Choose from 6 charming rooms: Top, Wild, Experiment, Glory, Pottery and Atelier. Our favorite? The Atelier room, with its king-size bed, baroque decor and spacious Villeroy & Boch whirlpool bath with integrated TV, perfect for a romantic soak while sipping a glass of bubbly. The icing on the cake: a complimentary bottle of champagne in your room's generous minibar!
Head to Bruges for an extraordinary experience: Nuit Blanche a B&B that will transport you to another era. You can enjoy the medieval atmosphere of the Honeymoon room or soak up the Gothic ambiance of the Pasionaria room. A truly enchanting getaway! Interestingly, the Belgian royal couple Albert and Paola are among the famous personalities who spent their honeymoon at this establishment.
