Our experience
We had the chance to take a long tour of the lodges, fly a drone, and chat at length with the friendly Sarah, who handles marketing, among other things. Wow! It's even better than it looks in the photos.

Exploring the estate
On-site check-in is available From , 4:00 p.m. At the front desk, you'll be greeted by a friendly and cheerful staff. If you arrive a little late, you can check in on your own.
There are 5 wooden lodges, whose design is reminiscent of houses in fairy tales. The work of the Flemish team that built these cabins is truly exceptional.
The decor is magical, both inside and out: a tree-trunk-shaped bed, little forest figurines, a cozy atmosphere, a gorgeous natural backsplash in the kitchen, and a crackling electric fireplace. There are so many little details that come together to create the perfect atmosphere.

Depending on the lodge you choose, you’ll enjoy the following amenities: a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower, complimentary toiletries, towels, bathrobes, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a fireplace, heating, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a terrace with a Kamado grill.
The Chanterelle Moss and Kepler Cosmo lodges feature a private hot tub on the terrace, while the others are equipped with a sauna.
The lodges can accommodate 2 to 4 people. This is, of course, ideal for a couple who likes to have plenty of space. The Kepler Cosmo lodge can accommodate up to 6 people. It is also fully accessible to people with limited mobility.
Dining options
In the morning, breakfast is available as an option in a small wicker basket that is hoisted up using a pulley.
On the menu: baguettes, assorted breads, pastries from Delhaye, jam from Durbuy, coffee or tea, fresh fruit juice, organic yogurt, cold cuts, local cheese, bacon, and eggs from the Paquet farm.
Brunch is available with a few extras in addition to breakfast: a small bottle of Luxembourg crémant, smoked salmon, and toast.
For your meals the rest of the day, meal plans are available:
- BBQ Platter: meats, vegetables, sauces, potatoes, and bread
- BBQ Burgers: 2 pure beef patties, sesame buns, and sides
- Wrap: grilled chicken strips, tortillas, fresh vegetables, feta cheese, and Greek yogurt sauce
- Homemade Spaghetti Bolognese: homemade sauce and sides
Another option: reserve a table at the restaurant "La Pomme de Pin," located in the hotel right next door. Enjoy regional cuisine on the terrace or in the cozy dining room. During school breaks, the restaurant is open daily for lunch and dinner. The rest of the year, it is open only Wednesday through Saturday, from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
The Mont des Pins Nature Reserve
The Treelodges are located on the edge of the forest, between the Aisne and Ourthe valleys, in the lush Mont des Pins estate in the Belgian Ardennes.
From your lodge, a short 4-km hike toward Mount Pelé (the highest point in the region) lets you enjoy the surrounding nature. Electric mountain bikes are also available for rent.
Just a 10-minute drive away, don’t miss Durbuy, an absolutely charming medieval town. Stroll through the old town, with its stone houses, small artisan shops, and lively outdoor cafes. Head up to the lookout point overlooking the town and the Ourthe Valley. At sunset, the view is breathtaking.
If you enjoy traveling by train, you'll be glad to know that the Bomal train station is just a 3-minute drive away.
P.S.: The hotel also offers 6 wellness rooms(including 1 suite) right inside the hotel. It's a very different experience, but it's definitely worth checking out.
