We had the opportunity to spend a night here and what can I say? The hotel turned out to be far beyond our expectations. The hotel has a very pleasant rustic soul, quite unique in Belgium. It's the kind of hotel you don't see too often these days. Don't stop at the slightly retro facade and take the time to discover it, you'll be telling us all about it.

Since our stay, we've been in constant contact with Edouard, the hotel's young manager. Attentive and caring, he ensures that every moment of your stay is marked by sincere, personalized attention.

On-site parking is available on the road opposite the hotel. It's free and there are usually spaces available. If required, you can also reserve a paying space in the garage. Admire the beautiful panorama of Bouillon!

The welcome is warm, very human and often with a typically Belgian touch of humor. The team is, of course, multilingual. Do you speak Dutch? Matthias is a Dutch speaker and can guide you without any problem. There's also a German-speaking member of the team. There are 26 rooms, 24 of which have a view. Depending on the room you choose, you'll enjoy the following amenities: king-size bedding, bathroom with shower and/or bathtub, air conditioning, free minibar, Nespresso coffee machine, Smart TV and wifi connection. We also like the handy ironing board in the hallway.

In the evening, head to the restaurant for a moment of pure pleasure. Chef Sébastien's menu has been carefully created using quality produce and seasonal produce. Try the Crème de Butternut as a starter and the venison and vegetables as a main course. A fine wine list and numerous Belgian and non-alcoholic options.

During your stay, we recommend you book a private session at the spa, just a 2-minute walk away. On the program: heated indoor pool, indoor Jacuzzi, sauna and outdoor terrace. The view from the jacuzzi is magical! The price is €80 for 1h30 for 2 people if you're staying in and €120 if you're not.

The hotel is beautifully nestled on the heights of Bouillon, in the Province of Luxembourg, Belgium. In our opinion, the Château de Bouillon is the most beautiful in Belgium, and undoubtedly one of the most beautiful in the world. Standing on three rocky peaks for over 1,000 years, the fortress proudly watches over the town and the Semois River. It was made famous by Godefroid de Bouillon, leader of the 1st Crusade to Jerusalem in 1096.
