La Suite 77 is a charming accommodation nestled in the heart of the village of Hollange, in the Province of Luxembourg, south of Belgium. There are 2 Indonesian-style suites: la Suite 77 and the Hindi Suite. These include a Jacuzzi on the terrace, a sauna and a small private garden. The view over the valley is fabulous!

We were lucky enough to spend a night in the Hindi Suite, but were also able to visit la Suite 77 as soon as we arrived. The 2 suites are quite similar, but each has its own personality. What we liked best: the quality of the materials, the view over the valley from the suite and the bed, the total privacy and the attention to detail.

Céline, the owner, is the mother of 3 children and pays particular attention to special moments for couples. Passionate about Indonesia, she wanted to breathe a unique atmosphere into the 2 suites. Much of the furniture was made by Indonesian craftsmen. What can we say? The result is magical. You really feel like you're in another world.

Rates for 2 people start at €299 per night Monday to Thursday, €320 per night Friday to Sunday and €230 per 3 hours from 1pm to 4pm. Your reservation includes the following benefits free of charge: unlimited good coffee, bath sheets, mules, shampoo, soap, hairdryer and unlimited use of the wellness area.

On-site parking is available in a discreet, covered and secure parking lot. Entrance to the suite is by code only. You never see Céline, although she is always available via Whatsapp during your stay if you need her.

Covering an area of around 100m², the 2 suites include the following facilities: private sauna, bedroom (video on site) with king-size bed, super-equipped kitchen, Smeg fridge, Smart TV (video on site), cocooning lounge with wood-burning stove, bathroom with walk-in shower, glazed Finnish sauna and Bluetooth speaker with the option of connecting your smartphone to choose the musical ambience.

When it's raining or snowing outside, of course, it's absolutely pleasant. You've got plaids, underfloor heating, a Netflix subscription courtesy of Céline, candles and a chess set.

Outside, discover the covered terrace with jacuzzi heated all year round to 39° and splendid views over the valley. Deckchairs are at your disposal for a moment of relaxation, as well as all the furniture you need to share a meal together. There's also a small private garden to the rear.

In the morning, a varied local breakfast is available for €20 per person. It is served at the time of your choice. On the menu: fresh bread from Moulin de Hollange, pastries, butter, homemade jam, yoghurts, cheese, charcuterie, free-range eggs and fruit juice.

During the day, drinks are available in the fridge, including wine, champagne and soft drinks. Help yourself during your stay, and pay the bill on departure.

In the evening, you can order dishes concocted by Benoît and Lucie, owners of Le Saint-Germain restaurant in Bastogne. The table is carefully laid before you arrive. When you're ready to eat, all you have to do is put the dishes in the oven and enjoy them in the comfort of your suite. Expect to pay around €45 per person for a 2- or 3-course menu.

You are only 10 minutes by car from Bastogne, in the Province of Luxembourg, in Belgium. Don't miss the Bastogne War Museum, a place of memory about the Second World War.

Another idea for an activity: the Bois d'Oisefagne. Along a marked out walk of about 3 km, you are invited to discover the local fauna and flora as well as the jobs in the forest. Key places on the walk: the pontoon and the observation post at the bottom of the valley.
