Mon Être Sensiel is a wellness center located in Strainchamps, in the Ardennes region of southern Belgium. Prices start at around 200€ per night for the chalet and 280€ for the loft. Things we noticed: you can arrive as early as 3pm (rare), breakfast is included, the price is reduced if you stay more than 2 nights, and you can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 72 hours before your arrival date.

First, there's the chalet, a cosy cottage for 2 people. You'll enjoy the following facilities: fully-equipped kitchen, bathroom, 140cm bed, living room, covered terrace with barbecue and private Jacuzzi under the stars. It's like being in the mountains!

Then there's the loft called l'Atelier. This loft covers 75m² on 3 floors, with a chic industrial decor. Facilities include sauna, whirlpool bath, king-size bed, fully equipped kitchen, XXL living room with flat-screen TV, bathroom with walk-in shower and private terrace.

Don't miss the incredible wellness center on the estate. On the program: indoor pool at 30°C, unheated outdoor natural pool, 2 outdoor Jacuzzis at 34°C, indoor Jacuzzi at 35°C, Finnish sauna with eucalyptus aromas, outdoor wood-fired sauna, steam room, 3 treatment rooms, restaurant and friendly bar. Access to the wellness center costs €60 for 3 hours.

The place is peaceful and very quiet. The number of people at any one time is limited so that the tranquility of the place is never compromised.

We recommend combining a stay in the chalet or loft with a wellness program. This is the "coup de coeur" package, with overnight stay, breakfast, 3 hours free time in the wellness center and a massage with scented hot oils. For your meals, don't worry: there are plenty of extras on offer, including gourmet platters and a tasty 3-course menu to enjoy in your accommodation.

Mon Être Sensiel is located close to the border between Belgium and Luxembourg, in a privileged setting. Luxembourg City is only 45 minutes away by car. Opposite the estate is the Château de Strainchamps, with its incomparably charming Michelin-starred restaurant. There are many hiking trails in the area, and you can rent an electric bike for the day.
