A family story
We had the opportunity to tour the castle and several rooms. It’s well-maintained, perfectly soundproofed, and, above all, very quiet. The interior decor is beautiful—white and bright.
Château Palacio is, above all, a family affair. We really love this photo of the team. As you know if you’re a regular reader of our blog, family-run establishments always have a special charm.

Inti and Ougo: the brains behind the project, always thinking ahead, planning, and fixing things

Every room, every detail, and every material has been carefully considered and refined to breathe new life into this historic site. Behind these walls lie a vision, ideas, challenges, and above all, a deep passion.
The rooms
There are currently only 8 rooms, divided into 2 categories:

Depending on the room you choose, you’ll have access to the following amenities: a queen- or king-size bed, a bathroom with a shower, a double shower, or a bathtub, a hairdryer, complimentary toiletries, slippers, a bathrobe, a sitting area, a Smart TV, a coffee maker and teapot, heating, a safe, and Wi-Fi.
Each room has its own character, color, and atmosphere.
The wellness section
The spa is a real gem.
Nestled in the heart of the castle, this sanctuary invites you to enjoy a moment of relaxation and elegance, where time seems to stand still. It blends modernity, simplicity, and raw authenticity. We love the ancient stone walls, the exposed beams, and the large picture window that floods the space with light.
Wellness facilities available to you: indoor pool with a jacuzzi and counter-current swim feature, sauna, steam room, sensory shower, and relaxation areas.
The spa is exclusively reserved for hotel guests between check-in and check-out. It can be reserved for private use upon request and subject to availability. Please be sure to book your appointment as early as possible.
During the day, we also recommend visiting the Ella Baché Beauty Institute at Château Palacio. On the menu: relaxing massages, facials, HeadSpa treatments, and permanent hair removal. We highly recommend the couples’ massage—it’s the best.
The food service section
Breakfast is included in the price of your reservation.
The château has its own restaurant for your meals. It is open every evening except Tuesday and Wednesday. The talented chef offers bistronomic cuisine made with local ingredients. Try the "Pétalos 2023" red wine, with its subtle bouquet of violets, lavender, and blueberries.

At the Luxembourg border
Château Palacio is located between Bastogne and Martelange, very close to the Luxembourg border, in Belgium.
There is a private, secure parking lot right in front of the hotel entrance.
Is it fully booked? Please note that Château Palacio is part of the estate Mon Être Sensiel , which features a day spa, a game reserve, and two unique lodgings. It’s the same team and the same passion!
