A few tips when booking
- There are 3 rates: 220€ on Sundays, 280€ from Monday to Thursday and 350€ on Fridays, Saturdays and public holidays.
- The rate always includes: towels, bathrobes, tea, coffee, 2 sparkling waters and 2 soft drinks.
- If you book last minute, send a message to the owner via Whatsapp and you may get a discount (not guaranteed, but worth a try).
- If you cancel your stay at least 7 days in advance, you'll get a full refund.

A passionate homeowner
We’ve had a great relationship with Grégory, the owner, for several years now. We talk very often. Grégory traveled extensively in his youth, including five years in Peru, six months in Guatemala, and six months in Brazil.
He speaks French, Dutch, English, Spanish, and Portuguese. He’s absolutely passionate about what he does, and you can tell right away when you read the online reviews! The experience is perfect.
El Clandestino
The place stands out for its genuine quality label: it is a complete, independent house with four facades, there are no direct neighbors opposite, the furniture is handmade by local craftsmen, the private spa can be used without restriction, you can come and go as you please, and the service is discreet: Grégory is not on site but can always be reached in case of any issues.
On site, you will come across an old barn full of charm in the middle of the fields. Behind the large wooden door, a magnificent interior awaits you, including the spiral staircase built around a huge tree trunk.
There are 2 floors. The rough-hewn wooden furnishings, made by local craftsmen, give the place a real charm. On the first floor, you'll find the following facilities: living room with Smart TV, open fire, dining room with magnificent wooden table and fully-equipped open kitchen.
Upstairs, you will discover a cosy bedroom with a large double bed, a bathroom with a superb walk-in bathtub and an outdoor balcony with deckchairs to admire the sunset. On the private terrace, out of sight, you can enjoy the large indoor jacuzzi and the authentic Finnish sauna in complete privacy. The atmosphere is magical and very intimate.

El Clandestino is located in the Belgian Ardennes. Among the must-see tourist attractions in the area is, of course, Durbuy, a beautiful medieval town.
Don't miss the Ninglinspo Trail either. Stretching about 6 km, it's a beautiful walk along Belgium's only mountain river. The scenery is breathtaking.
