Refugio is an authentic chalet ideally located in Nonceveux, a small village 30 minutes from Liège, Belgium. The place has a unique charm thanks to the materials chosen: logs, parquet flooring and local blue stone in particular. It's like being in a mountain refuge. The icing on the cake is the covered (and discreet) jacuzzi on the terrace.

We have a very good contact with Grégory, the owner. We talk to each other very regularly. Grégory is very responsive when there is a problem and speaks French, Dutch, English, Spanish and Portuguese. He is absolutely passionate and you can feel it right away when you read the reviews online! The experience is perfect.

Refugio stands out with a real quality label: it's a complete, independent house with 4 facades, there are no direct neighbours, the private spa can be used indefinitely, you enter independently and the service is discreet: Grégory is not on site, but can always be contacted if there are any problems.

When you arrive on site, you'll discover a real log cabin. You can easily park your car right in front of it. What we really like about it is that it's completely unoverlooked. Whether you're inside or out on the private terrace, no one can see you. You're all alone in the world.

Outside, take time to discover the sauna, the XXL covered Jacuzzi, the entirely private terrace and the outdoor table for romantic dining or simply sipping a drink outside.

Inside, the atmosphere is extremely comfortable and warm. The following rooms are at your disposal: fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room with Smart TV, bathroom, walk-in shower and bedroom. When it's cold outside, it's a real pleasure to light the pellet stove and curl up in a plaid blanket in front of a good TV series.

There are extras:

- Breakfast with pastries, bread, ham, cheese, fruit, yoghurt, coffee and tea (40€ for 2 people)
- Romantic package with champagne, rose petals, box of local chocolates and candles (75€)

The chalet is tucked away in a village near Aywaille, in the Province of Liège, Belgium. One of Belgium's most beautiful hiking trails is just a few minutes away by car: the Promenade du Ninglinspo.
