Our experience
We had the chance to visit the loft, and what can I say... Wow! What we liked best: the exceptional atmosphere, the multitude of little details, and the zinc bathtub next to the wood-burning stove. It’s unique without being too outlandish. The interior design has real character without ever being over the top.
The owner is Pierre, whom we've been in touch with for several years. He lives with his family in the castle on the estate. The estate is vast, unspoiled, and particularly romantic.
The loft
Upon arrival, you'll check in on your own using a keycode. Pierre is always available if you have any problems. You can communicate in French, Dutch, or English.
Once inside, you’ll discover a spacious, inviting 120-square-meter loft. You’ll immediately feel transported to a chic industrial setting where metal, wood, and copper blend seamlessly.
Amenities include a king-size bed, a 3D home theater system facing the bed, about ten Blu-ray movies, comfortable armchairs, a vintage record player, and a fully equipped kitchen.
In the center of the loft, discover the magnificent XXL copper bathtub—a true gem that invites you to completely unwind. And in the evening, leisurely sip a drink at the bar inside the loft. There’s a coffee machine, a Smeg refrigerator, and a real oven on site. Crémant de Loire and a wide selection of wines are available as optional extras.
When it's raining or snowing outside, the loft becomes such a cozy place: a fireplace in the living room, a wood-burning stove next to the bathtub, blankets available, a Bluetooth speaker, candles, and plenty of board games.
Breakfast
Every morning, enjoy a delicious optional breakfast for €30 for two people. On the menu: pastries, bread, jam, spreads, cold cuts and cheese, juice, coffee, and tea. Everything is already set out in the fridge when you arrive, and all you have to do is warm up the rolls and croissants in the oven the next morning.

The loft is located in a historic building surrounded by century-old trees and a large English-style park with a romantic pond. The park is fully accessible.
You are in Waremme, in the Province of Liège, in Wallonia, Belgium. The Waremme train station is just a few minutes away by car. Brussels is only an hour away by car. There are many restaurants in the area that offer takeout.
