When you book, you need to choose your day, your slot, your breakfast preferences and then click on the confirmation button. This updates your basket, but you then have to manually click on the basket to move on to the next step, which is not necessarily intuitive.

Prices start at around €299 per night and €180 for 3 hours during the day. Breakfast is included if you stay overnight. We recommend going during the week, as it's slightly cheaper.

Our stay

We had the opportunity to stay here and... For us, this is one of the most beautiful wellness suites in Belgium. What we liked best: the interior design, the noble materials, the clean lines, the quality of the equipment and the exclusive setting of the jacuzzi. Nothing is missing.

The place is hidden away on the 1st floor of an old commercial building, formerly known as La Fruitière, which has now been completely refurbished. The entrance is discreetly furnished, almost mysterious with its bewitching staircase in the half-light.

You'll enjoy the following facilities: bedroom with king-size bedding, living room with large Smart TV (Netflix account available) and comfortable 4-person sofa bed, decorative fireplace, lounge area, fully-equipped kitchen, home automation system for lighting and music, bathroom with walk-in shower and extremely pleasant underfloor heating.

The wellness area includes a hamman, a sauna, a starry sky, 2 recliners, a small wine cellar and a large covered Jacuzzi on the private, unoverlooked terrace. We suggest you place candles around the jacuzzi, it's even more beautiful.

Breakfast

In the morning, a breakfast is discreetly placed in front of the door. This is included in the cost of the reservation. On the menu: pastries, fresh bread, yoghurt, fruit, chocolate, jam and muffins.

Location

Substantiel Wellness Suite is ideally located in the heart of the small country village of Hollain, just 10 minutes from the French border, 1h30 from Brussels and 3h from Paris. Parking available right in front.

For the evening, we have 2 good restaurant ideas: Sel & Poivre and Millésime. The 1st restaurant is a very good gastronomic restaurant and never ceases to delight local gourmets! We highly recommend the 4-course surprise menu on Thursday evenings. The 2nd restaurant is a little more relaxed: top-quality French cuisine in a lovingly restored former bourgeois house.
