The origin of the name is interesting: it is the number of the building where the wellness centre is located, but the number 383 also refers to the guardian angel who urges his protégé to believe in himself, a message fully endorsed by the spa team.
Some practical information
Expect to pay about €120 for a 2-hour session on-site for two people. You’ll have the entire private spa all to yourselves. You can book a 2-hour or 3-hour session.
Here is what is included in the reservation: bath towels, bath slippers, hotel-quality bathrobes, one bottle of cold water per person, natural liquid Aleppo body soap, natural shampoo, and a small bowl of exfoliating salt.
One very important aspect: cleanliness. The entire spa is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between each reservation. The hot tub is equipped with a circulation system and a pump, allowing all the water in the hot tub to be cleaned and filtered using UV light. It’s hard to find fault with the hygiene here, as this aspect is taken so seriously.
The spa
Here are the amenities available to you during your session: a 100% private spa, a steam room, a large whirlpool, a fish pedicure tank, a lounge area with a "wall of romance," an infrared lamp, a Japanese-style toilet, a luxurious marble shower, and organic black soap from Beldi.
A Bluetooth speaker is available: you can stream the music playlist of your choice from your smartphone to it.
Treat yourself to a fish pedicure! This technique involves immersing your feet in a tank filled with small fish to remove dead skin. You’ll come out with soft, smooth feet.
Don't miss the large whirlpool bath, either. Let the 52 water jets massage your body from head to toe. The ozonator and various filters ensure impeccable hygiene.
For a quieter time, make yourself comfortable in the cozy lounge with soft lighting, cushions, mirrors and a romance wall on which you can leave a little message. Let the infrared lamp relax your muscles. There is a switch at the back of the lounge area that allows you to bring in fresh air from outside.

During your session, you’re also welcome to help yourself to the mini-bar, which contains a selection of soft drinks, snacks, and a few bottles—including Champagne, brut Cava, and organic Cava.

Spa 383 is located in Uccle, a short distance from downtown Brussels.
You’re near Duden Park, Place de l’Altitude Cent, Avenue Molière, Forest National, and the Van Buuren Museum—a magnificent Art Deco house with its original furnishings and enormous garden. The display cases set into the wood paneling on the dining room walls are fantastic, as is the outdoor maze.
The nearby Bois de la Cambre is undoubtedly Belgium's most beautiful wooded park. We love taking walks there on the weekends. Designed in the English style, it feels like a real forest. The most beautiful part of the park is the lake surrounding Chalet Robinson, a magnificent rustic restaurant (it has a bit of a Canadian feel to it) that's accessible only by boat.
