Our experience

We've stayed at the Ne5t twice now, and each time it's been a precious experience. What we liked best: the comfort of the bed (my goodness!), the quality of the 3-course dinner for two in the evening and the peacefulness of the place. We spent one of our best nights there since the creation of Let's Go My Love. A real baby's sleep.

What we love:

On-site arrival

On arrival, a small private parking lot is available just opposite the hotel entrance. The area is very pleasant and quiet. We can welcome you in English or French.

Renovating the place was a real adventure. It took 10 years of work, stone by stone, some of them even numbered so that they could be put back exactly as they were. Benoît put in a lot of hard work, and told us that the project would never have seen the light of day without his wife's unconditional support. We love the inner courtyard, which is the beating heart of the hotel.

We personally tested the Suite Cosy and the Suite Blanche. And we visited the Duplex Vauban. Our favorites? Clearly the Suite Blanche, which is truly exceptional (you'd think you were in a movie), but it's also the most expensive. But rest assured, all the suites are well worth a visit.

Depending on your choice, you'll enjoy the following amenities: king-size bed from Hastens (true Swedish know-how), private bathroom with shower and/or podium bath, spacious and superb living room, wood-burning stove, private kitchen from Sheer with all the technology, suspended terrace above the garden and wifi.

Life in the hotel

The hotel boasts a magnificent spa with indoor pool heated to 33°, counter-current swimming system, hammam, herbal tea room and infrared cabin. We love the pebbles around the pool. If you wish, you can also book a massage, scrub or facial. Weather permitting, you can also take advantage of the splendid outdoor pool.

The spa is limited to 6 people at a time. We advise you to reserve your slot by telephone as soon as you have made your reservation. It's also possible to reserve the entire spa just for you, but at a higher price.

For your meals, gourmet menus (+ wine selection) are available directly in your suite, with the team preparing a beautiful table before your arrival. The menu can be chosen 2 days in advance, or you can keep it as a surprise.

How does it work? You set a time for your meal at check-in. You are seated at your table at the appointed time. Someone knocks on your door at the entrance. You open the door. She serves you, explains the entree and then leaves you in complete privacy. After about half an hour, the person comes to clear away the starter, while serving you the main course. And the same goes for dessert. We really loved the idea.

In the morning, a hearty breakfast featuring 100% Belgian (and often Namur) produce is served from 8:30 to 10:30 in the restaurant or in the comfort of your suite. Cheese and ham are cut to order. The viennoiseries are tasty. They're our best tested on Let's Go My Love during breakfast. One more thing: the hotel has its own vegetable garden for fruit and herbs.

Location

Ne5t is located in Namur, the capital of Wallonia, one of Belgium's 3 regions along with Brussels and Flanders. We love Namur and its charming provincial atmosphere. Highlights include the Citadelle de Namur overlooking the city, the Félicien Rops Museum, the cable car and a boat trip on the Meuse, the river that runs through the city.
