History
It was in 1896 that Badrutt's Palace Hotel opened its doors in the heart of St. Moritz, on the initiative of Swiss entrepreneur Caspar Badrutt. Today, the same family, generation after generation, continues to lovingly look after the hotel. Many celebrities have stayed at the Palace Hotel, including Alfred Hitchcock, Audrey Hepburn and Charlie Chaplin.

- Le Grand Hall: the hotel's legendary glamorous lobby, perfect for a cup of tea or a glass of champagne, accompanied by a live pianist.
- La Coupole / Matsuhisa: restaurant run by Michelin-starred Japanese chef Nobuyuki Matsuhisa and his team, a creative fusion of Japanese and Peruvian cuisine, 16 points in the Gault Millau guide.

Badrutt's Palace Hotel is located on the shores of Lake St. Moritz. If you book in summer, you can go hiking, sailing or windsurfing, for example. Do you like golf? Play on Switzerland's oldest golf course: the Engadin Golf Club, set in sublime mountain scenery.
In winter, you can go cross-country skiing on more than 230 kilometers of trails, ice skating, paragliding or take a helicopter flight with a panoramic view of the Engadin Valley!
