The top team

The hotel reopened in December 2022 after a major renovation. The team on-site is incredibly helpful and friendly. Every staff member is always kind, but never intrusive. It's always a pleasure to chat with them.

The owners, Daniel and Carina, truly have an innate sense of hospitality, and it shows in every little detail. Ask Daniel to show you the exceptional wine cellar and its 20,000 bottles!

Depending on your choice, you have the following amenities: king size bed, bathroom with shower, toiletries, smart TV, coffee machine with one of the best sustainable coffees in Switzerland and balcony with spectacular mountain views.

All-inclusive

When you book, everything is included: breakfast every morning, a refined dinner every evening in one of the hotel's 5 restaurants if you opt for half-board, homemade pastries served between 3pm and 5pm and unlimited access to the spa all day until 8pm.

Breakfast

In the morning, your day begins with a hearty and varied breakfast: fresh fruit, different types of cereal, and a wide selection of ham and cheese. You can also order your favorite omelet or delicious pancakes.

The 5 restaurants

In the evening, you're spoilt for choice! There are 5 restaurants in and around the hotel: La Serena, exclusively reserved for Chasa Montana guests, La Pasta with its relaxed Italian-Alpine ambience, La Miranda with its Michelin-starred cuisine, La Grotte for a raclette and fondue evening in a rustic atmosphere, and El Rico with its burgers.

At the end of the evening, we love the cigar lounge. A must for connoisseurs, with a fine selection of whiskies and cocktails.

The huge spa

The spa is a must and you'll love it in no time. It sometimes feels like a Roman temple. On the program: 3 indoor pools, 1 outdoor saltwater pool, 7 saunas, outdoor jacuzzi with mountain views (superb in the evening when you're under the stars), romantic grotto with whirlpool, relaxation rooms, numerous massages and treatments, gym and hairdresser.

The largest indoor pool (9x18m) offers panoramic views of Piz Ot through large, majestic glass façades.

When the sun shines, the outdoor terrace offers an unparalleled view of the mountains. The warmth on your skin and the alpine air of Samnaun do the rest!

Location

Chasa Montana is ideally located in Samnaun, Switzerland, where the Italian and Austrian borders meet. If you're traveling by plane or train, one of our team will be happy to pick you up. There is a private parking lot with several charging points for electric cars.

Activities in the area include skiing, of course. Discover the 240 km of pistes at the multi-award-winning Silvretta Arena Samnaun-Ischgl, all the way down to Austria.

And if you like walking, don't hesitate to ask reception for advice and take one of the many signposted trails with views of Piz Ot, Piz Rots and beyond. Climb the peaks of the Silvretta, take the cable car to Ischgl or follow your wanderlust to South Tyrol!
