Hotel Laret is a 3* boutique hotel located in the small mountain village of Laret in Samnaum, in north-eastern Switzerland, close to the Austrian border. It's a little jewel reserved for adults only, and very warmly managed by a family. We love everything about it!

A boutique hotel
The Larel is what is commonly known as a boutique hotel, that is to say a small independent hotel, with authentic hospitality. It is a mix between the traditional hotel and the b&b. The first boutique hotels appeared in the early 1980s, such as the Blakes Hotel in London and the Clarion Bedford Hotel in San Francisco.
The rooms
There are 16 rooms in the hotel with a warm alpine decoration. Depending on the room you choose, you will have the following amenities: natural stone walls, wooden floors, queen or king size bedding, bathroom with free standing bathtub or shower, private infrared cabin, television, safe and garage space included in the reservation fee. Bathrobes are available for the hotel's wellness area.

The rustic restaurant
For your meals, go to the rustic dining room (still in its original 1948 state) or to the sunny terrace. The food is sensational, original and of high quality. Christian is the chef and is known for his creativity and fresh homemade bread. You can enjoy the daily 5-course menu and taste great wines and spirits. The restaurant is only accessible to hotel guests.
The spa
The hotel's wellness center is small but very pleasant. There is a sauna, a sanarium, an infrared cabin and a quiet room that can be reserved for private use. The historical wellness suite offers absolute privacy with natural stone walls, freestanding bathtub and private infrared cabin.
Location
The hotel is located in Samnaum, in the Canton of Graubünden, Eastern Switzerland. The Samnaun-Ravaisch cable car, which provides access to the large Silvretta Arena ski area, is easily accessible by bus, which stops right outside the hotel. You are at an altitude of between 1700 and 1850 meters, in a beautiful natural environment. Austria is only 10 minutes away by car.
In winter, it's a pleasure to ski in the region with state-of-the-art lifts that allow you to get around the Silvretta Arena Samnaun-Ischgl quickly, comfortably and almost without queuing.
