Villa Patria is a small, intimate 7-room hotel set in a century-old villa on the shores of Lake Lugano, Switzerland. The place opened in 2024 and the villa is in brand-new condition. It's an oasis of peace, beautifully poetic, still very secret, with an exceptional welcome from the team and Anna.

An idyllic setting
The hotel's location is perfect: you face the western end of the lake, opposite Morcote, arguably the most picturesque village on the lake. It's a surprisingly rare position, as you escape the noise of the freeway and main road completely, even when you're having lunch on the outdoor terrace.

Villa Patria is located in the heart of Brusino, on the enchanting shores of Lake Lugano, on the border between Switzerland and Italy. Parking spaces are reserved for you opposite the cable car, around 150 meters from the villa. The Capolago-Riva S. Vitale Station is just 10 minutes away by car, while Milan Malpensa Airport can be reached in 1 hour by car.
