The hotel's location is perfect: you face the western end of the lake, opposite Morcote, arguably the most picturesque village on the lake. It's a surprisingly rare position, as you escape the noise of the freeway and main road completely, even when you're having lunch on the outdoor terrace.
There are just 7 rooms with a minimalist design. Each one is unique and creates an intimate link with the rich biodiversity of Ticino, paying homage to a specific detail. Every morning, an exquisite breakfast is served in the small dining room or on the outdoor terrace, almost with your feet in the water. On the menu, depending on the season and the chef's mood: delicious toast, freshly squeezed orange juice, melon waffles, scrambled eggs with bacon, coffee and tea.
Villa Patria is located in the heart of Brusino, on the enchanting shores of Lake Lugano, on the border between Switzerland and Italy. Parking spaces are reserved for you opposite the cable car, around 150 meters from the villa. The Capolago-Riva S. Vitale Station is just 10 minutes away by car, while Milan Malpensa Airport can be reached in 1 hour by car.
