The hotel's location is perfect: you face the western end of the lake, opposite Morcote, arguably the most picturesque village on the lake. It's a surprisingly rare position, as you escape the noise of the freeway and main road completely, even when you're having lunch on the outdoor terrace.

Parking spaces are reserved for you opposite the cable car, around 150 meters from the villa. The Capolago-Riva S. Vitale Station is just 10 minutes away by car, while Milan Malpensa Airport can be reached in 1 hour by car.
