Villa Patria is a small, intimate 7-room hotel set in a century-old villa on the shores of Lake Lugano, Switzerland. The place opened in 2024 and the villa is in brand-new condition. It's an oasis of peace, beautifully poetic, still very secret, with an exceptional welcome from the team and Anna.

The hotel's location is perfect: you face the western end of the lake, opposite Morcote, arguably the most picturesque village on the lake. It's a surprisingly rare position, as you're completely unaffected by the noise of the freeway and main road, even when you're having lunch on the outdoor terrace.
There are just 7 rooms with a minimalist design. Each one is unique and creates an intimate link with the rich biodiversity of Ticino, paying homage to a specific detail. Depending on the room you choose, you'll enjoy the following amenities: king-size bed, private bathroom, hairdryer and air conditioning.

Every morning, an exquisite breakfast is served in the small dining room or on the outdoor terrace, almost with your feet in the water. Depending on the season and the chef's mood, the menu includes delicious toast, freshly squeezed orange juice, melon waffles, scrambled eggs with bacon, coffee and tea.
Villa Patria is located in the heart of Brusino, on the enchanting shores of Lake Lugano, on the border between Switzerland and Italy. Parking spaces are reserved for you in front of the cable car, about 150 meters from the villa. The Capolago-Riva S. Vitale railway station is just 10 minutes away by car, while Milan Malpensa airport can be reached in 1 hour by car.
