Cocooning is everywhere

The hotel philosophy
The name of the hotel comes from the black and white goats that roam the valleys and peaks around Saas-Fee, the word capra meaning goat in Latin. The two colors of the goats embody the philosophy of the hotel: yin and yang, the harmony between man and nature, body and spirit.

The staff is very attentive! The team gives you a warm welcome upon arrival with a glass of welcome drink. Check-in and check-out are very well organized. On-site communication is available in German, French, Italian, English, or Spanish.

For your meals, come to the 1809 Brasserie, in a deliciously comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. The menu changes every season. The majority of the ingredients are chosen from farmers and artisans within a 150 km radius. The chef, Sebastian, invites you to enjoy authentic cuisine, inspired by Swiss and Italian alpine culinary traditions. Mention should be made of the tasty Carnaroli Risotto!
A superb cellar
The map wine list includes vintages from all over the world, with an emphasis on wines from the Valais, the country's main wine-growing region. This is home to Europe's highest vineyards, at Visperterminen, some 1100 meters above sea level. The three main grape varieties are Pinot Noir, Chasselas and Gamay.

During the day, head to the majestic Peak Health Spa for absolute relaxation. The spa features a sauna, steam room, salt therapy room, indoor pool, outdoor hydrotherapy pool, fully equipped gym, yoga mind-body studio, 3 treatment rooms and a relaxation lounge area.
