Cosy Corner Waterloo is an incredible 160 m² private suite nestled in Waterloo, 15 minutes from Brussels, Belgium. It's a true oasis of tranquility, with an XXL Jacuzzi, sauna, large round bed, romantic fireplace and a small garden planted with trees when the weather's fine. You can book the suite by the night or Voor een break overdag during the day.

Overnight and Day Rates

Rates start at €279 per night and €170 for 2 hours. During the day, the bedroom is available for a supplement of €30. Of course, this supplement does not apply if you book an overnight stay. Bathrobes, towels and slippers are included in the price.

Good to know: you can cancel your booking free of charge if you do so at least 48 hours before the arrival date.

A discreet arrival

When you reach the main road, you'll see a red neon sign and the front façade of the suite. We recommend parking at the rear of the building, on Fond VandenBosch Street. It's free and there's almost always a space. Cross the small tree-lined garden to arrive at the more discreet rear door.

You can request a totally autonomous arrival, without passing anyone from start to finish. You can also have someone on hand to welcome you and explain how the equipment works - it's up to you.

The suite with an XXL spa

Inside, the atmosphere is warm and subdued. You'll enjoy the following facilities: bedroom with large round bed, XXL Jacuzzi (it's just incredible!), sauna opposite the Jacuzzi, bathroom with shower, sitting area with log fire, comfortable sofa and Smart TV.

During your experience, you can really turn up the music or TV, it's a 4-front house and there are no direct neighbors. No one can hear you. But don't exaggerate: this is still a residential neighborhood.

Your dining options

Snacks are available only upon request at the time of booking. There is also a refrigerator on site with the following items available for your use:

- Raffaelo (€6)

There is no breakfast provided in the morning, but there is a bakery on the street, a 7-minute walk away: Panier à Pain.

A location not far from Brussels

Cosy Corner Waterloo is located in the center of Waterloo, on the edge of the Forêt de Soignes, just outside Brussels. If you're looking for a restaurant in the area, we heartily recommend Le Destin, just a 3-minute drive away. Without doubt the best address in Waterloo. The chef is very friendly (as is the whole team) and the menu is very small. Cosy setting, clear explanations and excellent presentation of dishes.
