The building dates from the 15th century and has seen several generations of millers. The wheat flour for the famous Socca, a speciality of Nice, still sleeps between its old stones. The interior decoration is very pleasant, with a country chic atmosphere, antique furniture and oak beams. In the garden, relax in the natural river or under the big waterfall: pure pleasure!

The spirit of the mill is turned towards a respectful approach of the environment. The products are local, seasonal and organic whenever possible. Waste is recycled, while the garden is planted according to the codes of permaculture.

There are 4 rooms: Lubiane, Foussa, Roya and Maglia. Depending on the room you choose, you will have the following amenities: queen or king size bed, natural linen, feather pillows and seasonal down, private bathroom with double sinks, air conditioning, welcome products, stone walls and a view of the waterfall. In the Roya, there is a central fireplace that can be used as an extra.

In the morning, Cecilia and Michel serve you a varied and absolutely delicious breakfast. On the menu: homemade jams with fruits from the garden, homemade pastries with eggs from the henhouse, fresh bread, seasonal fruits, cold cuts, cheeses, fresh fruit juice, tea and coffee.
