Les Messugues is a lovely 3* hotel just outside Saint-Paul-de-Vence, near Nice, in Provence, France. The place is set at the end of a cul-de-sac, in absolute calm, amid pine and olive trees.

Depending on the room you choose, you will have the following amenities: queen or king size bed, balcony or terrace, private bathroom with towels, air conditioning, flat-screen TV, and Wi-Fi. The decor is very tasteful and truly charming.
Life in the hotel
The hotel combines the irresistible charm of a Provençal farmhouse with the amenities of a boutique hotel. We love the rustic furnishings, the exposed beams, and the refined shabby-chic decor, dotted with treasures and curiosities found at local flea markets.
It’s like a beautiful old family home where you feel right at home. And what a warm welcome from Virginie, the owner, and her entire team.
Wondering what the name means? The messugue is simply a characteristic plant that can be found at South of France.
Outside, in the heart of the garden, discover the incredible heated lagoon pool with central island. It's like being in a lush oasis! The pool is open from April to the end of September, weather permitting. Towels are available at reception.
When it's cold, make yourself comfortable in the lounge by the fire. You can enjoy a refreshing cocktail or cappuccino. Take a book from the library to relax. There are many French, English and Italian authors. If you want to play, there are also some board games.
In the early morning, enjoy a dream breakfast in the veranda-style glass room overlooking the olive groves. On the menu: bread, delicious pastries, pancakes, yogurt, granola, fruit and fruit juice, jams, eggs, excellent coffee, and a few homemade dishes such as cake or pie.
From June to September, every day, lunch and/or dinner at the Messugues table d'hôte in the bastidon between the vineyards and olive trees. Enjoy market cuisine made from fresh seasonal produce carefully selected from the best local producers. Please note that unfortunately the restaurant is closed on Mondays.
Very close to Saint-Paul-de-Vence
The hotel is located in the heart of a magnificent flower-filled park, a stone's throw from the historic village of Saint-Paul-de-Vence, in South of France. The Mediterranean Sea is about 25 minutes away by car. Take your time to discover this wonderful medieval village, with its narrow streets and beautifully restored old stone houses. And don't miss the Fondation Maeght, France's first private art foundation.
