Depending on the room you choose, you will enjoy the following amenities: king-size bed, Nespresso coffee machine, bathroom with walk-in shower and/or bathtub, Codage toiletries, air conditioning, safe, Smart TV, balcony, terrace, and garden view. We particularly appreciate the removable porthole mirror in the bathroom.

The 2 fine-dining restaurants
For your meals, you can choose between 2 exceptional restaurants. First, Le DUENDE: 2 Michelin stars for gourmet cuisine, with Chef Pierre Gagnaire at the helm. Intimate and with its own private garden, the place is a bubble of intimacy for an unforgettable meal.
But what does the name mean? In the Hispanic tradition, the Duende is an enigmatic, indefinable suspended moment, provoking a sensation of enchantment and unreal perfection.
If you're looking for something a little more relaxed, we recommend the "L'impé" brasserie, which offers the best of southern cuisine, between Provence and the Camargue. The dishes are brilliantly created by Chef Nicolas Fontaine, a disciple of Pierre Gagnaire. The atmosphere here is that of a vacation home, in the shade of the magnificent Ginkgo Biloba tree. Take a look at the menu (in French) to whet your appetite.
Hemingway's Bar
In the evening, you won't want to go to bed without a nightcap at Bar Hemingway, in a subdued atmosphere overlooking the bucolic garden. The team here is truly charming, and the same is true throughout the hotel. Try the CÉLINE (a signature cocktail) with Armagnac Armin 6 ans, Champagne Joseph Perrier Cuvée Céline, Pear, Lemon and a subtle touch of vanilla.
The 350-square-meter spa
During the day, the crystal-clear waters of the Codage wellness center welcome you for a moment of pure relaxation. Covering a total area of 350m², you'll enjoy the following facilities: heated indoor pool, heated outdoor pool, counter-current swimming pool, whirlpool, steam bath, sensory shower and numerous massages.
An oasis in the heart of Nîmes
Step out of the hotel and you're right in the heart of Nîmes, less than 3 hours from Paris by train. The hotel is ideally located, just opposite the Maison Carrée: a fabulous Roman temple built by the emperor Augustus in honor of Julius Caesar. The arena is just a 5-minute walk away. The city is home to some of the finest monuments of the Roman Empire, to the point of being nicknamed "Little French Rome".
