A Tuscan landscape
Once there, you’ll discover an incredible estate stretching over 32 hectares, with fields of lavender, cypress trees, and olive groves as far as the eye can see. The setting seems almost unreal, magical—straight out of an Impressionist painting.
In total, there are more than 2,000 olive trees, which are used to produce homemade olive oil. The estate also has its own vineyards and offers a wine called "Déjeuner sur l’herbe" in homage to the French painter Claude Monet.
Patrizia and Olivier, the owners, are the heart and soul of this place. In designing the estate, they have created a haven of peace and luxury in the heart of Provence. A truly exclusive and bucolic destination.
The unique suites
The 8 suites are decorated in a simple, pure, designer style. Two of them, the Lavender Nature Suites, feature large windows opening onto the fields. The other 6, the Nature Suites, have a terrace and/or private garden.

There are two restaurants where you can enjoy a meal.
First up is La Loggia, a vibrant spot open Thursday through Saturday evenings. Here, you can enjoy citrus-marinated octopus carpaccio, veal tenderloin cooked with capers Tonnato-style, and eggplant mille-feuille with Parmigiana sauce.
Below the estate lies Le Platane, the second restaurant, situated beneath a centuries-old tree. There, on the edge of a pond dotted with water lilies, Chef Vincenzo Regine serves up delicious cuisine that blends Italian and Provençal flavors, featuring local ingredients and produce from the estate’s garden.
