On-site arrival
As you arrive along the winding path through the trees, you can barely make out the cabin, nestled in its natural setting. You’ll be greeted by the friendly owner, David, who designed the cabin himself. Both unobtrusive and attentive, he’ll make sure your stay is perfect.
We especially love: the many little touches, the cabin’s spotless cleanliness, and the soft, wonderfully fragrant bath towels.
The cabin is fully equipped and includes a king size bed with Emma mattress, air conditioning, private hot tub, sauna, private bathroom and a large terrace with jacuzzi and breathtaking views.
The view is unobstructed in places, and the rest of the time you're in a veritable exotic cocoon among the treetops. There's also a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, oven, hob, basic condiments and Nespresso coffee maker.
In the morning, David discreetly delivers a gourmet breakfast in a wicker basket. On the menu: coffee, tea, fruit juice, yogurt, bread, assorted pastries, jams, spreads... Everything you need to start the day off right! During the day, a soft minibar is at your disposal: still water, sparkling water, sodas, fruit juices, and coffee capsules.
Set amidst 15 hectares of nature
La Cabane is located on le Domaine de Joucla, in 15 hectares of landscaped grounds, 2 km from Alzonne, a village with all amenities. Carcassonne is 20 minutes away, famous for its medieval citadel, watchtowers and double walls. Other activities are possible in the area, for example a visit to the Abbey of Villelongue at 10 min or a visit to the lock of Sauzens at 20 min.
