We visited le Petit Moulin and met some of the team. It was great fun! The manager is charming and very professional. The rooms are all different. The reception is in French, English or German.
In the 16th century, during the reign of Henry IV, the oldest bakery in Paris was located here. The façade, renovated in 1900, is classified as a historical monument. The legend tells that the French writer Victor Hugo, living on the Place des Vosges, used to come there to get his bread!
The hotel offers 16 rooms and one suite, each decorated in an entirely unique and personalized way. The surface area ranges from 16m² to 35m² for the largest room. The decoration is daring, atypical and colorful: mirrors on the ceiling, ceramic kaleidoscopes, panoramic wallpapers, baroque atmosphere, flower and stripe patterns, etc. It is superb and very tasteful.
