A historic residence
The building has followed a remarkable path: from the Grimani dynasty to the embassy of the Republic of Brescia to the Argentine consulate. The last known inhabitant was a reclusive priest who left the building over 70 years ago, long before Anna and Fred bought the property.
Today, the generous volumes of the Palazzo have been completely renovated and beautifully decorated by one of Italy's best architectural studios, which has used the best materials such as Carrara marble, travertine and rare woods to satisfy the most demanding couples. Everything is absolutely clean, neat and decorated with the utmost care.
The apartments
There are three apartments designed for two people and one apartment designed for four people.
1 • First up is Suite II, located on the 1st floor. This splendid 45m² apartment features a double bedroom, open kitchen, living room, bathroom, and a typical Venetian courtyard outside. The bathroom comes with Devon & Devon taps, a double marble sink, and a spacious shower. Everything is cleverly hidden in the kitchen, even a full-size washing machine and dishwasher. • Photo • 🪞
