History
The place is the brainchild of Tim and Toon, 2 passionate Belgian entrepreneurs who have been active in architecture and tourism for many years. Concerned about the scarcity of resources and the well-being of our planet, they came up with this innovative concept. The architecture is minimalist, designer and perfectly integrated into the environment.
The 18 apartments
As a reminder, you can choose between 6 tree houses, 6 chalets set in the heart of a vast meadow or 6 lodges on the banks of a river.

Good to know: The lodges and chalets are the newest, and we recommend staying in those. The cabins are visually stunning, but the interior feels a bit more rustic. They’re a little less luxurious, but they’re still really nice.
Catering
In the morning, enjoy a delicious breakfast (optional when booking). On the menu: Viennese pastries, bread, fresh fruit, cheeses, cold meats, fruit juices and hot drinks.
For your meals, you can order a boxed meal inspired by the recipes of chef Toon De Bock. The meat comes from the Magerotte butcher's shop. You can cook it indoors or on the barbecue outside. A vegetarian box is also available.
Alternatively, opt when booking for a BBQ, raclette or beef ragout packed lunch. Several local beverages are also available: Belgian champagne, cider from the Magerotte farm, local apple juice, local apple and cherry juice, local beers or local fruit beers.
Ecology is a real priority here. Short circuits are widely favored, as are local skills, the absence of single-use plastics, natural products and seasonal foods.
Location
The treehouses (Trees) are located in the woods near Marche-en-Famenne, between the Ourthe and Lesse valleys in the Ardennes. Nearby, discover Durbuy.
Spread over 16 hectares of plains and forest, the chalets (Stables) are not far from the Magerotte family farm (one of Belgium's best butchers), which raises pigs in a quality environment. It's very close to the village of Nassogne, at the entrance to the Ardennes, in the Province of Luxembourg.
Finally, the lodges (Water) are located on the banks of the Hantes River, near the historic town of Beaumont. This is in Hainaut, not far from the French border. The river winds through the region amid peaceful, lush greenery, making it perfect for a relaxing stroll.
