The 3 top restaurants
For your meals, the Botanic Sanctuary Antwerp three unique restaurants. Almost secretive, the Hertog Jan and its two Michelin stars invite you to enjoy an exclusive Omakase menu in a minimalist setting. This term, borrowed from Japanese cuisine, means "I leave it up to you." Thus, each dish is a free expression of the chefs' creativity and artistry. Please note that the restaurant is only open two weeks per month, from Tuesday to Saturday.
With one Michelin star, Fine Fleur offers cuisine that strives for perfection in a contemporary setting, from Wednesday to Saturday.
Finally, Henry's Bistro welcomes you under its stunning glass roof. Here, the spirit of the botanical garden is intertwined with modern luxury. On the menu, we love the langoustine gyozas, foie gras, ponzu, yuzu, daikon, wasabi, and truffle. The sweet touch? A chocolate cake, brown butter ice cream, and buckwheat.
