La Suite Céleste a wonderful wellness room hidden away in Harzé, Wallonia, Belgium. Liège is about 30 minutes away by car. You can book the suite for a night or Voor een break overdag . Discover a true hidden paradise with a heated indoor pool, XXL jacuzzi, and sauna. Here is a video of the place.

Reservation

Check availability on the suite's official website and then send a reservation request. The owner (Cyril) often responds immediately, or within a few hours. Prices start at €300 per night and €200 for 2.5 hours during the day. The rate is discounted if you stay for at least two nights.

Our stay

We had the opportunity to visit the suite and take the photos above. What we liked best: the feeling of being alone in the world, the use of wood throughout the suite, the quality of the wellness facilities, the extremely pleasant pool and the value for money.

It took Cyril a year of work to build la Suite Céleste with his own hands. A true craftsman in the old-fashioned sense! We are in constant contact with him to ensure that the on-site experience is always top-notch.

As you enter the suite, you'll discover the following facilities: 70m² surface area, bedroom with king-size bed, wellness area separated by a glass roof (which also greatly reduces the noise level between the wellness area and the bedroom, which is great), XXL Jacuzzi, indoor pool heated to 28°C, sauna, walk-in shower, fully-equipped kitchenette and Nespresso coffee machine.

Here are a few tips for the hot tub:

1. Don't forget to put the protection back on after use (to keep the water warm and reduce noise).
2. If you wish to use the jacuzzi several times during your stay, leave it in STANDARD mode.
3. Switch to ECO mode if you intend to use the jacuzzi only once (it will be quieter but the water will not be kept hot for later).
4. Press the blower button for the bubbles and the light button to change the light color.
5. The other buttons can be ignored

Dining options

In the morning, breakfast can be delivered for €30 for two people. The menu includes: 2 croissants, 2 pains au chocolat, 2 yogurts, 1 juice, and 2 coffee pods.

There’s also a €60 brunch option that includes, in addition to the classic breakfast: 4 eggs, pistolets, some fruit, and a selection of cheeses and cold cuts. Reservations can be made via WhatsApp through this page on our partner’s official website.

We’ve got a great idea for tonight: there’s a Food Box-Lindt just a 5-minute drive away. It’s like a vending machine, except it dispenses prepared meals. Here’s a photo. Everything is fresh, high-quality, and homemade. We’ve tried it three or four times already, and it’s always delicious! Plus, it’s open 24/7.

The menu includes marinated scampi, breaded chicken, teriyaki salmon, and bacon quiche. It costs about €20 per person, and they even have desserts. Payment is accepted by credit card.

Location

La Suite Céleste located between Stoumont, Hamoir, and Sprimont, in the province of Liège, Wallonia. The famous Spa-Francorchamps circuit is a 35-minute drive away.

A little closer still, just a 20-minute drive away, we had the chance to explore the Charmille du Haut Marêt, and we fell in love with it right away. It’s a walking path about 600 meters long, covered with branches that form a natural canopy. It’s a beautiful place in every season, and it’s also the longest walkway of its kind in Europe.

La Suite Céleste located near the Gîte Léone , and the two places are almost identical. Which one should you choose? Gîte Léone a mineral-inspired decor that we like slightly better and a more majestic sauna. But we prefer the bed in la Suite Céleste more space around it) and its sauna is more powerful. La Suite Céleste also newer. But don't worry, the experience is very similar! These are really just details.
