The arrival
Once inside, the welcome is very warm and professional, it's very pleasant! Especially after a long trip. The team is multilingual and speaks French, Dutch, German, English, Spanish and Portuguese.
The rooms
There are 421 rooms and suites, entirely decorated in an elegant art deco style. Depending on your choice, you will have the following facilities at your disposal: a breathtaking view of Brussels and in particular of the Palace of Justice, queen or king size bedding with Egyptian cotton linen, a modern and spacious bathroom, a comfortable sofa by the window, a Nespresso coffee machine, tea facilities, a minibar, a flat screen HD television and air conditioning.

When you enter your room, there is often a small assortment of chocolates and a word of welcome, which is always nice. Especially when you discover the view at the same time. And what a view! It's like sailing in the clouds, with the added comfort.
The restaurant
For your meals, it's always the same place: The Iris. This is the name of the hotel's very pleasant restaurant. Here you can enjoy breakfast, a quick lunch or a refined evening meal. Chef Pierre Balthazar's inspired monthly menus focus on fresh produce. For example, we loved the trout fillet with lentil dahl and coconut milk.
The bar
At the end of the evening, feel free to step into the restaurant's bar area for a tasty, chic cocktail overlooking the garden.
Spa with a view
On the 23rd floor of the hotel, discover the wonderful wellness area with a splendid panoramic view, especially at night. Facilities include a Swedish-inspired hammam, sauna and gym. You can also book a massage with the hotel's nearby partner, the Nadine Salembier Institute.
Location
The Hotel is conveniently located on Boulevard de Waterloo in Brussels, about a 20-minute walk from the Grand Place, which is a must-see. There are many luxury boutiques in the area, including Yves Saint-Laurent and Dior. If you want to do some shopping, we also recommend Avenue Louise, which is only a few minutes away by foot. If you come by car, use the hotel's secure underground parking with 120 spaces, it's easy.
The nearby Bois de la Cambre is undoubtedly Belgium's most beautiful wooded park. We love taking walks there on the weekends. Designed in the English style, it feels like a real forest. The most beautiful part of the park is the lake surrounding Chalet Robinson, a magnificent rustic restaurant (it has a bit of a Canadian feel to it) that's accessible only by boat.
