A few tips
1. Always book direct, as the price can be up to €50 cheaper, not to mention the bottle offered by Let's Go My Love.
2. The price decreases if you stay several nights.
3. If you book less than 48 hours before your arrival date, the price often drops (not guaranteed, but try your luck).
4. Arrival is normally from 5pm onwards, but don't hesitate to ask if you can arrive earlier. If the villa is not booked the day before, this is sometimes accepted!
Our stay
We had the opportunity to spend a very pleasant night here. What we liked best: the cocooning fireplace opposite the bed, the infrared sauna in the bathroom, the discreet location and the optional chef-prepared dishes.
El Nido Malaika (which means Angel's Nest in Filipino) was conceived and created by Erwin and his wife. He is an entrepreneur, she is the director of a dance school. They have a passion for travel, particularly the Seychelles, the Philippines and Martinique.

On site, arrival is usually independent. You won't encounter anyone from start to finish. There is private parking right in front of the suite entrance.
A heavenly place for lovers, the suite features a covered XXL Jacuzzi, sauna, wine bar, fully equipped kitchen, garden, massages and the option of having a chef on site.
The decor is very cocooning, with particularly successful lighting. Amenities include a king-size Epeda bed, living room with fireplace (XXL gas insert) and Smart TV, fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, oven, stove, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, dining room, bathroom with walk-in shower, sauna and wine bar with real Chesterfield sofa.
Outside, the jacuzzi with a view of the garden awaits you on the private terrace, for a moment of pure pleasure for two! The jacuzzi is sheltered under a pergola.
When it's raining or snowing outside, enjoy a cocooning atmosphere. Connect your phone to the Bluetooth speaker, place a few candles and start your favorite series on the Smart TV, which can be aimed at the bed.
Catering
El Nido Malaika offers an optional breakfast delivered to your doorstep in the morning. For the evening, you can order from a local caterer. This is the owner's brother, whom we had the pleasure of meeting.
Here are some formula examples:
- 3-course menu: starter + main course + dessert (130€ for 2 people)
- 4-course menu: 2 starters + main course + dessert (180€ for 2 people)
- Lobster: starter + main course + dessert (190€ for 2 people)
- In-home chef: menu preparation on site, table setting and restaurant-style service (50€ for 2h30 service)
Location
El Nido Malaika is a 20-minute drive from Charleroi and the Lacs de l'Eau d'Heure, with many sports activities on site. Dinant is 35 min away, with its famous Citadelle, Leffe museum and Notre-Dame collegiate church. We also recommend booking a cruise on the Meuse!
