The arrival
There are two entrances: the main entrance to reach the hotel by land on foot or the entrance to the Grand Canal to arrive by water cab or gondola, the typical boat of the city.
Once inside, you'll discover the lobby with its pink marble fireplace, the breakfast room with its golden mirrors and the beautiful bar with its red Venetian velvet chairs. The small terrace overlooking the Grand Canal allows you to relax after a day of exploring Venice.
What we particularly like here: the warmth of the staff and especially Ramon and Tommaso at the reception, the welcome in several languages, the possibility to leave your luggage after check-out, the laundry service and the possibility to organize a transfer to the airport.
