A tribute to the Belle Époque
The place wonderfully recreates the splendor of the Parisian salons of the Belle Époque, which spans from the late 19th century to 1914. It was a period of splendor, fantasized for its carefree nature and marked by social, economic, technological and political progress. In Paris, it was a time of hushed salons where celebrities from the world of art and politics, the aristocracy and the nobility gathered.
The interior decoration of the hotel is signed Jacques Garcia. Bewitching, nostalgic, sumptuous, it transports you into a visually dizzying universe: rare and ancient paintings, period furniture, precious fabrics, unique objects found in the past, superb chandeliers and a spa designed by the best craftsmen in charge of the King of Morocco's palaces.
Maison Proust pays tribute to French writer Marcel Proust, born in 1871. A true genius and literary myth, the man profoundly marked his era, notably with his masterpiece: "À la recherche du temps perdu" (In Search of Lost Time). To this day, this literary monument is the world's most commented work, a veritable cathedral of words on memory, forgetting, love, death and the passing of time.

In the second salon, you enter the Winter Garden. Here you can play a board game, enjoy a quiet chat or simply daydream in front of the luxurious Cordovan leather wall panels.
The oriental spa
But the craziest place in the hotel is the spa. It's another world, that of an age-old art of living rooted in the Orient! The finest craftsmen in charge of the King's Palaces of Morocco have deployed their exceptional skills to bring this architectural jewel to life.
You'll find yourself in an enchanting setting of blue-gray tones, with subtly lit lanterns, marble floors, exquisite scents, a murmuring fountain and tall, zellij-clad columns around the pool.
