Life in the hotel

Once past the hotel's entrance porch, you enter a superb interior courtyard between sun and shade. At the reception, the staff speaks French, English and Spanish. We have rarely seen such a nice and professional staff. Mention to Lise and Ella. And to the manager Arnaud, extremely attentive. Customer satisfaction is a real priority and you can feel it right away.

The hotel is home to two delightful restaurants where you can enjoy lunch or dinner for two. At the ROUGE restaurant, chef Georgiana Viou invites you to experience a veritable explosion of flavors. She draws inspiration from the Mediterranean region and the tastes of her childhood spent in Benin, to which she adds the colors and flavors of the Nîmes region.

Gigi's Bistro serves Mediterranean-inspired cuisine from Tuesday through Saturday for lunch and dinner. Try, for example, the pollock with green curry and broccolini.

If you’re looking to unwind during the day, head to Margaret’s Boudoir for personalized massages and treatments. Whether you’re alone or with a partner, enjoy a moment of escape and a truly relaxing experience.
