For your meals, think of Le Bouchon, a catering restaurant in Gap, offering takeaway meals pasteurized in jars, preserving the taste and nutritional qualities of the food. The selected products are very fresh and mostly locally produced, 100% homemade. They are reheated in a bain-marie. You can even eat directly from the jar. They keep for several weeks in the fridge. The 6 huts are located in the hamlet of Les Eméyères, less than 3 km walk from the centre of Gap, in south-eastern France. The area is easily accessible by public transport.
