Domaine du Castellas is a rare, hidden 5-star hotel, set alone among the mountains, in Sivergues, in the Luberon Massif, France. Avignon is just 1h15 away by car. Here, time stood still long ago. All around you, wide-open spaces to gaze at, almost to meditate on, as they invite you to live more intensely. Welcome to the end of the world!

There are just 10 suites, divided into 3 categories: the Intimist Suites are true cocoons. The Singular Suites offer a touch of originality and great comfort. Finally, the Suites Remarquables are simply incredible: vast and comfortable, they offer the finest views of the Alps and the Vallon du Ravin de l'Enfer.

Depending on the suite you choose, you'll enjoy the following amenities: king-size bed, small kitchen, air conditioning, fabulous views of the surrounding countryside, 360° terrace, antique parquet flooring, exposed ceiling beams and Marshall sound system.
A farmhouse built of cut stone
The Castellas estate is an 18th-century farmhouse built of hewn stone and meticulously restored. As soon as you arrive, you’ll be greeted by the goats—about fifty of them—roaming freely throughout the grounds. Elsa and her husband Jérôme welcome you with undisguised enthusiasm (and a touch of mischief).
In the morning, enjoy a delicious homemade breakfast on the terrace, in the shade of century-old oak trees, or in the magnificent stone dining room. On the menu: pastries and croissants, fresh bread, assorted homemade cheeses, seasonal dairy products, eggs from the henhouse, farm milk, local flower honey, and homemade treats.
With the exception of the viennoiseries and bread, which come from the village baker, breakfast is entirely homemade and varies according to the season and your desires.
For your meals, the restaurant "La Table 1720" welcomes you for a true culinary experience. On the large wooden tables, you'll enjoy delicious local cuisine, with fresh produce just brought in from the farm or local producers. On the menu: crisp garden salads, potatoes, spring onions, broad beans, peas, herbs, edible flowers and strawberries.
During the day, you can enjoy the heated outdoor pool. There's also a sauna and a Finnish bath, both facing the sunset. Magical moments await you.
A secluded spot
The estate stretches over a hundred hectares, in the middle of nowhere, at the bend in a country road. Not a house in sight. Sivergues, the nearest village, has a population of just 45.
The Luberon region never ceases to amaze with its play of colors, its unique light, and its natural beauty. Discover breathtaking views, vast plains dotted with vineyards, olive groves, and cherry orchards, rolling hills covered in holm oaks, and paths lined with dry stone walls...
There are many beautiful villages to explore in the surrounding area, including Lacoste, Ménerbes, Gordes, and Cucuron!
