You can enter the house independently. The day before your arrival, you'll receive a code by e-mail with instructions on how to access the secure box containing the key.
There are 2 tiny houses on the estate: Le Noyer and Le Pommier. Depending on your choice, you'll enjoy the following amenities: king-size bed linen, large bay window to admire the Hesbaye countryside, fully-equipped kitchen, small solid oak table, bathroom with shower and welcome products by Belgian eco-responsible brand Betree. Bed linen and towels are provided.
In winter, you can keep warm in 2 ways: with the wood-burning stove, or with gas heating if you don't want to build a fire. When it's snowing outside, the atmosphere is really pleasant! In summer, there's a brazier on the terrace for lighting a fire and barbecuing. Wood is available all year round.
The kitchen is equipped with 4 gas hobs, fridge, sink with hot and cold water, crockery, barbecue utensils, candle-operated raclette grill, pots and pans, basic condiments, teapot, tea, Italian coffee maker and Newtree coffee.
There are extras:
- Breakfast: small baguettes or breads, pastries, butter, jam, eggs, yoghurts, 2 yoghurts from the farm, milk from the orchard, muesli, fruit and fruit juice (35€ for 2 people)
- Raclette: everything you need to organize your raclette with delicious cheese from the neighboring farm, potatoes, cold meats, salad and a good bottle of wine (70€ for 2 people).
Extras can be booked online. They will be waiting for you in the fridge on arrival. All products are organic and come from the Agricovert cooperative.
The tiny houses are located on the land of Frédéric, a friendly organic market gardener who has been working in the village for many years. He grows fruit and vegetables in a way that respects nature. If you have the opportunity, we recommend you visit the Agricovert counter in Éghezée to buy seasonal organic produce.
Tiny Nest is located in the Hesbaye region, a natural area in Wallonia, near Namur, Belgium. And not far from Brussels. Large areas of crops and meadows create a rural landscape of wide open fields as far as the eye can see. Sugar beet and cereals are grown here, earning the region its poetic nickname of Belgium's granary.
