HOY is a hotel entirely dedicated to well-being, located just a 10-minute walk from Sacre-Coeur, in the Pigalle district of Paris. It's a neat little cocoon with many facets: an eco-responsible cosy nest, an eco-responsible restaurant, a vegan restaurant full of flavors, a yoga studio and a neighborhood florist.

Our stay
We spent two nights here and it was a real pleasure. When we're in Paris, we come back regularly to have a coffee and update the listing.
The hotel's strengths, in our opinion: its hybrid feel, the sensory atmosphere, the flowers everywhere in the lobby, the soft, earthy colors, the strong eco-friendly vibe, the excellent oat milk coffee at breakfast, the soft towels, and the high-end shower in the bathroom.
Charlotte is the French-Mexican owner behind this inspiring project. The name HOY means "today" in Spanish and reflects the hotel's philosophy: savor the moment, eat well, take care of your interior and make more respectful choices.
The arrival
When you arrive, the first thing you see is a Japanese florist: Chiaki Kokami's workshop. Could this be the wrong address? Don't panic... Walk through the workshop and discover the hotel bar, which also serves as the reception area! Leave the hustle and bustle of Parisian life behind you and enter a new world of tranquility.
There is an olfactory atmosphere that welcomes you as soon as you enter: like a smoky blend of sage and Palo Santo.
The rooms
HOY offers 21 rooms and suites decorated in soothing natural tones, with parquet flooring, custom-made raw wood furniture, works by Cerámica Libertad, and carefully selected plants.
Depending on the room you choose, you will have access to the following amenities: queen-size bed, walk-in shower in the bathroom, 100% French-made organic toiletries, vegan chocolates on the bed, reusable bottle with Japanese charcoal-purified water, kettle with tea, stretching bar, air conditioning, heating, private balcony, and Wi-Fi.
Some of our favorite rooms:

2 - Superior Room - Photo - ☀️
3 - Suite - Photo - ✨
4 - Green Room - Photo - 🪴
Our tip: the best rooms are located on the courtyard side. These are all rooms with numbers ending in 5. When booking, add the following comment: "We would like a room as high up as possible, on the courtyard side, away from the elevator." This is the best way to get the best room, although it is never guaranteed. If you are celebrating a special occasion, please specify this.
Breakfast
In the morning, enjoy a unique, homemade breakfast: quinoa and spice croissants, toast, vegan butter, jam, latte, chai, matcha or tea, smoothies, avocado toast, homemade granola, coconut yogurt, fruit, cornmeal pancakes, praline, banana, banana bread, and miso caramel, among other things. It's a little pricey but really tasty.
A gourmet vegan table
For meals, head to the hotel restaurant: La Mesa. Gourmet vegan menu at lunchtime and gourmet brunch at the weekend. In the evening, a plant-based menu with Latin American influences is offered. Everything is accompanied by a selection of natural wines from small producers and cocktails infused in vats. The tableware is magnificent (and the tables very mineral), all the dishes are ultra-refined, very original, and tasty. Try the pancakes, they're worth the detour...
Please note: the restaurant is closed on Sunday evenings and Monday evenings.
The yoga studio
During the day, a group yoga class is highly recommended. This unique experience allows you to let go completely, in a warm and comforting atmosphere that makes the whole experience very enjoyable. If you mention Let's Go My Love, one class is offered for 2 people. The icing on the cake: the hotel is home to France's first indoor yoga studio in the dark, under infrared light. The hotel offers no fewer than 8 daily yoga classes.
Care
The hotel offers many original treatments, not just classic massages. Some examples include holistic treatments, chakra realignment, magnetism sessions, traditional Mexican treatments, complete soul treatments, and even tarot card readings among the flowers at the reception desk. This esoteric aspect gives the hotel a real personality.
Location
The HOY hotel is located in the heart of the lively Pigalle district, just a 15-minute walk from Sacré-Cœur. The Pigalle district, true to its reputation, continues to enliven Parisian nights. From the Place d'Anvers to the Place de Clichy, it's all there for intense nocturnal revelry, including the legendary Moulin Rouge. During the day, the south of Pigalle (SoPi) is ideal for shopping, a drink or a bite to eat.
Nearby, we like the Mur des je t'aime occupying a wall in Square Jehan-Rictus, on Place des Abbesses. This 40m² mural is made up of 612 glazed lava tiles reproducing 311 "I love you's" in 250 languages, some of them rare and forgotten. The splinters of red that dot the fresco represent the pieces of a broken heart that, when put together, form a heart.
A street just 200 meters away that we recommend you discover: rue André-Gill. It begins at 76 rue des Martyrs and ends at a dead end. Lots of style.
We've found an excellent address tucked away at the foot of Sacré-Cœur for a good lunch or dinner: Lamarck. A real gem, far from the tourist hustle and bustle.
If you're looking for a true Parisian bistro, we recommend Chez Yvette, a 2-minute walk away. On the menu: sausage with mashed potatoes (a classic!), grilled octopus tentacle or fregola sarda risotto, for example. In the evening, it's hard to resist the candlelit tables!
