The arrival

The moment you step through the hotel’s doors, you’re left speechless... Flamboyant and exceptional, the interior design is the work of Martin Brudnizki, an internationally renowned Swedish interior architect. He sought to recreate the Parisian literary salons of yesteryear, where figures from the worlds of literature, art, and music would gather to indulge in the pleasures of literature and fine conversation.

If you are a person with reduced mobility, access to reception is via the restaurant's main entrance at 6 rue des archives. You can book one of the 3 adapted rooms, all of which have fully adapted bathrooms. Assistance dogs are also allowed, as are dogs with a supplement.

For your meals, head to the hotel restaurant: Boubalé. An unclassifiable, eclectic and very soothing place in the intimacy of its winter garden. You absolutely must try the cuisine of Michelin-starred chef Assaf Granit, who pays homage to the Eastern European cuisine handed down by his grandmother. His creations blend oriental memories with Polish classics. The result is delicious! Take a look at the mouth-watering menu.

For the record, Boubalé is the affectionate name for "my little doll, my little darling" in Yiddish, a favorite expression of Ashkenazi grandmothers.

A unique spa in Paris

Last but not least... Who could have imagined that the depths of this magnificent 14th-century building conceal a swimming pool with separate Jacuzzi? It's absolutely unique in Paris and... reserved exclusively for residents. From the deckchairs or in the water, admire the magnificent fresco painted by Jacques Merle. It evokes the poetic imagination of Jean Cocteau. Nearby: a hammam and a fitness room.
