An old mill
The building dates back to the 15th century and has been home to several generations of millers. The wheat flour used to make the famous Socca, a specialty of Nice, still lies dormant within its ancient walls. The interior décor is very charming, with a rustic-chic atmosphere, antique furniture, and oak beams.
In the garden, relax in the natural stream or under the large waterfall: pure bliss!
The spirit of the mill is turned towards a respectful approach of the environment. The products are local, seasonal and organic whenever possible. Waste is recycled, while the garden is planted according to the codes of permaculture.

Depending on the room you choose, you will have access to the following amenities: queen or king size bed, natural linen, seasonal feather and down pillows, private bathroom with double sink, air conditioning, complimentary toiletries, stone walls, and a view of the waterfall. In the Roya, there is a central fireplace that can be used at an additional cost.
In the morning, Cecilia and Michel serve you a varied and absolutely delicious breakfast. On the menu: homemade jams made with fruit from the garden, homemade pastries made with eggs from the henhouse, fresh bread, seasonal fruit, cold cuts, cheeses, fresh fruit juice, tea, and coffee.

Le Moulin de Camoula is located 30 minutes north of Nice, in the Alpes-Maritimes department of France. You're in the village of Saint Jeannet, at the foot of the famous Baou, a majestic rocky spur at 800 meters altitude. Climb to the top and discover an orientation table, built in the early 1950s to provide information for walkers. The panorama is breathtaking!
