The team
The staff are young, top-notch and very friendly. They give very good advice (especially for visiting the region) and really want to help, not just make up the numbers. Special mention goes to Director Mohamed, who breathes superb energy into the whole hotel.
Breakfast
Every morning, a delicious breakfast is served in the : Saskias. The veranda opens onto a breathtaking Alpine panorama. Everything is prepared right before your eyes. The wait is a little longer, but it's so worth it. It's all local produce. Try the delicious assortment of salmon, avocado and scrambled eggs.
The restaurant
For lunch and dinner, take the time to appreciate the Chef's inventive cuisine (he's happy to chat), a world cuisine with dishes to share with a South African accent. On the menu: Peruvian chicken with green chili, gnocchi with pesto and ricotta, Japanese bread pudding with paprika whipped butter, or fantastic salted butter caramel crème brûlée with brittle crust.
The spa
The hotel boasts an attractive spa with traditional outdoor sauna, ultra-modern infrared sauna, hammam, Jacuzzi and heated outdoor pool, with no time restrictions. Good to know: if you leave your room at 11am, you can still use the spa until 3pm. Sometimes you're completely on your own!
Coffee and jazz
If you fancy a drink, there are 2 places to choose from: the Café Littéraire and the Jazz Bar, a popular venue for international musicians and artists who come here to play, chat, philosophize or simply get to know each other over a glass of wine or beer.
