The Dragon's Cave is located in a historic cellar dating back to the 16th century. With a floor area of approximately 90 square meters, it features a dining room with a kitchenette, a spacious bedroom with a fireplace, and a unique living room with a glass roof offering a breathtaking view of Kraków's starry sky. It is one of a kind in Kraków.
Life in the hotel
The staff is wonderful. Always smiling, helpful, and incredibly kind... That’s rare at this level.
Every morning from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m., a generous buffet awaits you under the large glass roof. On the menu: fresh bread, golden croissants, cheeses, cold cuts, seasonal fruit, yogurt, cereal, and homemade desserts. You can also order hot dishes prepared to order by the chef: scrambled eggs, omelets, sausages, bacon, porridge, or pancakes. Special mention goes to the pancakes with mascarpone whipped cream.
For lunch or dinner, discover authentic Polish cuisine at Kogel Mogel, located just a 3-minute walk away. The setting is incredibly romantic. We recommend the duck with roasted potatoes or the stuffed cabbage with buckwheat and mushrooms, served with truffle sauce.
Location
Nomadic Urban Premium Suites boasts an exceptional location. From the back exit, you’ll find yourself almost immediately at the main market square: Rynek Główny. St. Mary’s Basilica, a true Renaissance gem, is less than a 5-minute walk away. Wawel Royal Castle and the Kazimierz district are also within walking distance.
Note: The hotel's two entrances aren't easy to find, and the one on the church side isn't exactly welcoming. But once you're inside, everything is perfect!
Don’t miss the Wawel Dragon (at the foot of the castle), which breathes fire every 5 minutes. Our favorite spot nearby? Without a doubt, the Jewish quarter of Kazimierz, where Steven Spielberg’s *Schindler’s List* was filmed. Bohemian, vibrant, and fascinating.
Nomadic Suites offers 33 modern and eclectic suites, some of which feature a stunning freestanding bathtub or a balcony with a view.
