Into the Prairie a true haven of peace located in Plélo, 10 minutes from the sea, on the Pink Granite Coast in Brittany, France. There are nine farmhouses available to rent in the middle of the meadows. It's like a village, and the cottages are rented by the week.

Our experience
We visited Into The Prairie and immediately fell in love. What we love: the sense of welcome, the style of each gîte, the beauty of the estate and the ideal location in the peace and quiet of this human-sized hamlet.
Liz and Corentin
Liz, the owner, is originally from Ireland. She met Corentin on a language trip to Brittany and they soon became inseparable. The result is 4 children (Dara, Molly, Una and Róisín) and 8 gîtes. One big family! The project of a lifetime. And, above all, a real passion for welcoming visitors, many of whom faithfully return year after year.

Depending on the gîte you choose, you'll enjoy the following facilities: bedroom with hotel-quality king-size bed, high-quality linen bed linen, bathroom with shower and/or bathtub, fully-equipped kitchen, cocooning wood-burning stove, incredibly rich decoration and private garden with garden furniture and barbecue.
The green garden
On site, there's also a large communal garden with armchairs and benches scattered here and there, a west-facing terrace surrounded by flowers and an old-fashioned greenhouse with kitchen garden, herbs and many cultivated vegetables. Liz looks after it with love and you can help yourself throughout your stay.
Breakfast
On certain days of the week, breakfast is available. The menu includes a selection of breads, pastries, brioches, crêpes of the day, scones (Irish bread rolls), homemade cakes or shortbread, fruit juice, jams, and homemade yogurt.
Location
Into the Prairie is located in the Côtes-d'Armor department, in Brittany, western France. Our local favorites include the Bonaparte beach in Plouha, the nearby village of Chatelaudren with its excellent bakeries, the small town of Tréguier to the north (the cathedral cloister is dazzling) and Mont Saint-Michel, on the Normandy coast, just 1h30 away by car.

Yes, only one pet is allowed per gîte and only on prior request.
Arrival is at 5pm and 7pm, and departure is possible until 11am.
Into the Prairie nine charming cottages that form a small village. Each cottage has its own private garden.
Yes, on certain days of the week, a gourmet breakfast can be booked and delivered directly to a mini-greenhouse in front of each gîte. The price is €15 per person. On the menu: a selection of breads, viennoiseries, brioches, pancakes of the day, scones (Irish rolls), homemade cake or shortbread, fruit juices, homemade jams and yoghurts.
Our favorites in the area include the Bonaparte beach in Plouha, the nearby village of Chatelaudren with its excellent bakeries, the village of Tréguier to the north, Dinan a little further east, the island of Bréhat and Mont Saint-Michel, on the Normandy coast, only 1h30 away by car.
