The loft

On site, private parking is available right in front of the loft. Once you step inside, the atmosphere is magical: dozens of candles, enveloping warmth, and soft lighting.

The loft is divided into three areas.

First, there is the wellness area with an XXL jacuzzi equipped with jets and lights and a 5 m³ swim spa. The setting is magnificent, with stone walls, exposed beams, and garlands hanging from the ceiling. You will have access to two lounge chairs, towels, bathrobes, slippers, and a side table with a champagne bucket.

Upstairs, once you pass the retro storefront, you will discover the bedroom and its large round upholstered double bed with comfortable sheets and duvet. A kitchenette area is at your disposal with a microwave oven, small Smeg refrigerator, kettle, Senseo coffee machine, crockery, and courtesy tray. We love the electric fireplace, which gives the room a cozy feel. There is a small table for your meals with a champagne bucket.

And finally, the bathroom with Norwegian dry sauna, infrared sauna, and walk-in multi-jet shower with LED lighting. A relaxation area with two reclining chairs completes the space. You will find two sinks, two towel warmers, bath towels, sauna towels, hand soap, shower gel, shampoo, a hair dryer, and a spacious toilet.

In each of the three areas, a Bluetooth speaker is available for you to play your favorite playlist.

Catering and extras

Breakfast is optional at a price of €50 for two people. The menu includes pastries, pancakes, bread, cheese, eggs, bacon, yogurt, homemade jam, chocolate, syrup, juice, fresh fruit, and more.

If you prefer, opt for brunch at the same price. This includes: 2 fresh juices, 2 yogurts, eggs, bacon, pancakes, fresh fruit, butter, jam, tapenade, cheese, pastries, bread, homemade cookies, and chocolate.

In the evening, there is a catering service offering cold appetizers, hot appetizers, soups, main courses, sandwiches, salads, and desserts. Here is the menu (in French) if you would like to take a look.

A cozy retreat in the Herve region

Le Trèfle is located in Plombières, a small, green town in the province of Liège, at the crossroads of Belgium, Germany, and the Netherlands.

Looking for a restaurant? We highly recommend Auberge de Moresnet, less than 10 minutes away by car. The setting is sublime, with a beautiful veranda, stone walls, and candles. The menu includes guinea fowl supreme, truffle crust, mushroom duxelle, Val-Dieu beer sauce, and gratin dauphinois.

The Abbey of Val-Dieu is only a 15-minute drive away. Still an active Cistercian abbey, it is known for its craft beer and bucolic setting. It is the ideal place to enjoy a local beer with your loved one and discover its architecture and gardens. In Germany, Aachen is definitely worth a visit, with its cathedral, treasure, and beautiful town hall.
