Loft aan het Water is a brand new design loft located on the Albert Canal, in Grobbendonk, 30 minutes from Antwerp, Flanders. Here you can combine a romantic night, a moment of well-being, a unique massage and a private dinner with butler service. Everything is tailor-made and completely private.

For the record, Nooz is an exclusive concept for couples developed by Wim and his wife Heidi. They are never classic experiences but only tailor-made experiences with total intimacy and many exclusive experiences. In 2022, Nooz was recognized by VTM News as a pioneer and innovator in the adult segment.
On site, each couple is personally welcomed with a smile and good humor. The staff is very attentive. Communication can be done in Dutch, French or English.
There are several suites to rent. Depending on your choice, you will have the following amenities: king size bed with fantastic comfort, beautiful designer furniture, flat screen TV, bathroom with designer bathtub or walk-in shower, private cinema with quality projector, infrared sauna for the back and outdoor balcony with water and nature view.
In the morning, enjoy an optional breakfast on your private balcony or in the comfort of your loft. A butler service is provided and you can decide the time. The menu includes coffee/tea, fresh juice, pistolets, croissant, cheese, meat, salmon, fruit, raw vegetables, eggs with your choice of preparation by your butler and yogurt.
